Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only valid in the following two cases:
- Receiving a wrong product.
- Receiving a damaged or defective product.
To issue a return or exchange request, please email us at info@mobyzone.com with the following information:
- Order number - Name - Phone number - Details of the return or exchange request - A clear picture of the product received.
Alternatively, you can contact us directly via private messages on our Facebook or Instagram pages.
In the event of damaged products, wrong orders, or products damaged during delivery by the shipping company, Moby Zone will bear all shipping and handling fees for the exchange.
If you are eligible for an exchange, another package will be delivered to you within 4 to 6 business days, and you will be obligated to deliver the wrong/damaged product to the shipping company.
In the event of an eligible return, the amount will be refunded to the original credit card used at the time of purchase or to any electronic payment gateway (electronic wallet or bank account) in the event of cash on delivery (COD).
Refunds are processed within 5-10 days.CancellationIf you wish to cancel your order, please note that you have 24 hours to contact us to cancel the order on your behalf.
